Transitions Lifestyle Solution

Detox is an optional way to kick-start your weight loss. This 7-Day Detox will curb your appetite for sweet, salty and fatty foods while supporting your weight loss efforts.
With the Transitions Lifestyle Solution (TLS), we’re all about what works for you. Life isn’t rigid or predictable, and your weight loss solution shouldn’t be either. TLS is custom-made to fit you and your unique lifestyle. Flexibility is key to TLS, which is why anyone can Live the Lifestyle.

Traditional diets focus solely on the number on the scale with most of the weight loss coming from water and muscle. TLS Weight Loss Solution is different because it focuses on the loss of body fat. The TLS approach emphasizes obtaining a healthy body composition to increase the amount of muscle vs. fat (muscle dictates metabolism). Counting Your Macros

Our plan of choice included with each of our challenges, macro-counting is a more structured plan that includes counting the three macronutrients, carbohydrates, proteins and fats. This is designed to help you burn fat and gain lean muscle or can be customized to for muscle gains. When you join one of our challenges, we will calculate your macros and offer you suggested food lists and plans to help you consume the specific amount of macros each day based on your body’s needs.
